SHIPPING & RETURNS

The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.  Please understand Dusk & Lou is run by one person. I am human, working with human hands, and a human brain. I am not perfect, but for you, I'm trying my hardest to be!

Order Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day

Shipping Policy

We offer fully carbon neutral delivery services and free domestic shipping over $250. 

We deliver both domestically and internationally.  Shipping times depend on your location. Sendle site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

At the time of shipment, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox with a tracking number. If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Dusk & Lou is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

International orders- please read below

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

Dusk & Lou is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Dusk & Lou is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery centre and be held until pick up and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration for safety.  But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state or if there is an error in the goods received compared to what was ordered online please contact us immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
We are currently working with lots of small new family business, we strive for the best quality product possible but sometimes-handmade products can be unpredictable. We triple check all stock is up to our standard, as our products are hand made slight imperfections are to be expected, if by any chance something slips through the cracks please let us know so we can provide a replacement or refund!  The best way for us to better ourselves is to learn from mistakes.
We do not offer returns or refunds on any of our items for a change of mind. Please read our product descriptions carefully and email us if you have any other questions.
